Hello and welcome to EastieWalks. After noticing many new neighbors moving to the East Boston area – without enough pet care services to support them – we saw the need for a dog walking and pet care company in the community. Nelson, our founder, completed his degree in veterinary medicine in Venezuela, and sought to apply his knowledge and skills in animal health and development to EastieWalks. Monica joined the team from the start, and after working with us for a few years, she found an opportunity to keep improving her professional career and implement her administrative skills to ultimately become a business partner. We were one of the first companies in Eastie, and are committed to providing high quality and compassionate services to keep your pets happy and healthy. This community is our home – we want to support and give back to the place that has given us so much. We look forward to welcoming you to our EastieWalks family.

Nelson

I’m Nelson, an enthusiastic animal lover with over ten years’ experience working closely with pets. I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, and parrots. I formed close bonds with my animals, compelling me to complete my degree in veterinary medicine in my home country of Venezuela. There, I founded my own veterinary clinic, working as the lead Vet and surgeon. Eventually, I decided to make the move to East Boston where I founded Eatiewalks.

Monica

I’m Monica, I am always moving and on the go – I love to walk the puppies of East Boston. I was born and raised in Caracas, where I study electrical engineering and helped to build the electrical grid. All my life, my family has owned cats, my sister even channeled our love for animals into a veterinary medicine degree, which eventually connected me to Nelson. I am long time East Boston resident and eager to meet your pet.

Mario

Hello, I’m Mario!. For the past four years, I have been deeply committed with the EastieWalks family. Growing up, I was surrounded by dogs, cats, and many other animals, but my true passion for pet care developed while serving as the main assistant to my brother during his veterinary school journey. That hands-on experience gave me an extensive knowledge of animal health and behavior, allowing me to understand exactly what your pets need. I have lived in Eastie since I first moved with my family to the state, and I am incredibly happy to serve my own neighborhood by providing the most reliable, top-quality care for your furry family members.

Victoria

Hello, I’m Victoria! I am a huge dog lover and have been a dedicated part of the EastieWalks family for about five years now. Growing up in the countryside of Venezuela, I was constantly surrounded by dogs and farm animals. My passion for animal care grew even deeper while assisting my brother through veterinary school where he studied alongside our founder, Nelson! I later worked closely with my brother, gaining hands-on experience in dog grooming, pet sitting, and specialized care. After moving to the States, I came to visit Boston, completely fell in love with the city, and immediately joined the Eastiewalks team. Now I am a resident of Chelsea, pet sitting and dog walking is my full-time passion. I truly enjoy every day's commute and love spending my time outdoors keeping our EastieWalks puppy friends happy and healthy!
